Complain

Today marks a month ever since my complain was launched, I even personally emailed customer care team leader ( Louisa) the only thing she did was to apologize for the wrong information i got from her staff for 20 days and it took me time,calls and money to obtain that useless information, I can tell that she's also *********** as she never said anything about solving they're problem.
