Complain about Russells Protea Glen

I bought a bed at Russells Protea Glen cash and when delivered they delivered a factory faulty product which is a reject i tried to complain since from last year 2021 after looting saga since from then they're telling me they logged a case against the factory till today February 2022 no updates or something Russells has bad service. I tried to call Restonic factory they said they will call me back nothing. Im not happy with the service at all and Russells staff need customer service training. Please help Hello peter on how to discipline Russells staff they need to be exposed because i paid cash for the bed i didnt borrow the bed.
