Complain about a chest of drawer at Russell in Soweto glen mall

I bought a chest of drawer December 2018, it came after 3weeks and I had to call for them to come and deliver. I called them more than 4 times to deliver and they promised to get back to me and they didn’t do that. They gave me date to deliver still Russell’s failed to honor their promise. They come once and didn’t bother to call and find out if we are available or not. A chest of drawer was delivered and the guys broke my lamp and they left everything they used to open it on the floor and I complained about that. It broke within 3 days of delivery and asked them to come fix it, nobody came and I had to hire a van to go deliver it at Russells and the manager was so rude that I even shouted at her. I was told that refund will be done within 7 days. I’m still waiting for my refund and I don’t get any updates. Pls help to get my money back and we used the other bed to put clothes on it.
