Complain

I am so disappointed in Russell's Wyoming Cape Town I bought chest of drawers on the 22 March 2024and was advised that they will deliver on Monday come Monday nothing I gave them a call on Tuesday was told that the driver damaged my chest of drawers they will deliver on Thursday then when I call on Thursday to find out the estimated time they will be delivering then was told my item is out of stock after a whole week of waiting and me having to call them that is what I got, and was told will not be getting my money immediately I mean thst is their fault having to wait for the whole week for nothing.
