Complain..

I've resigned in Russells in February 2024.. I loved my job but I had to resign because I was dealing with a bully manager and a toxic colleague.. It was not good for my mental health as I've been struggling with depression.. The manager was constantly harassing me.. And I suspect that they were sleeping together with the other colleague because he was always overlooking her "mistakes" because she admitted that she get fired, he is going down too.. Like she once used customer's money without her permission but he didn't report it.. And there is more things they did.. ***** and *****ing.. And was the problem for them.. Because they have admitted my presence was the problem.. Her words "IT IS NICE WHEN YOU ARE ON HERE".. I've written grievance and The manager deleted it.. I've asked the area manager to transfer me but nothing.. Now I'm out of work because I had to protect my mental health.. I love customer service and I'm good at it but I could stay there to fight every day.. Including in front of customers that I will be helping because everyone should be for them because I was new there.. Customers are being bul**** and **** too when they come with complaints.. Russells bloemhof could be making more money than it is making now if they were treated with respect..
