closing times

hi, All<br> I went in to Joshua Doore store in Brits central yesterday afternoon after I got off work, to go pay off my mother's account with them, now the closing time for this store on their door is 17:00 pm, I got there at 16:30 pm when I went to the consultant table to find out where I should pay a lady by the name of CINDY told me that I could not make the payment because they Had already cashed up. THIS IS 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR CLOSING TIME. she then told me that I must come back today. when I am 30 minutes early the lady's attitude was terrible and she claimed to be the Manager, Joshua Doore if this is how your manager is treating customers then you have a serious concern, when I told her I was going to complain she simply said I must go ahead and do that. my question is why say you are closing at 17:00 when you are cashing up before 16:30???? surely that is you closing when you are cashing up? NEVER AGAIN SHALL I WALK INTO THAT STORE FOR ANYTHING.
