check for validity of product materials

so so annoyed. purchased a "leather lounge" suite in 2017.. this was per invoice as well. had it tear up all over... when we called them they said its not leather.. so after having a fight and us having proof of paying for a leather suite, after 2 years they decide to come fetch it so they can access and fix or... its been over 3 months that they collected it and to date, we haven't heard from them, we go to the store, manager is never there. they also never call back after numerous messages.
