chasing customers away with bad attitude

I visited the joshua doore store in kathu, I noticed they have a Clarence sale, I seen a set of magnum 3 piece motion lounge set for R15999 I asked since they are closing down if the manager can give me for a cash price I approached her, she was busy on the phone, she was at first not interested in me, than she said I can get the display for R12800 I told her that I got R10000 cash and she must phone the headoffice to find out from me, she just did not bother you tell me how are you guys hiring people like this, that is why this shop is closing this lady is chasing customers away only busy with her phone, I want this lounge Set you at head office must sort this matter out, I am very disappointed my the customer service recieved even in their closing days<br> This lady closed your shop down
