Chair repair not done after 2 months

I Purchased a dining room suite from Russels Edenvale. After unwrapping one chair and sitting on it for the first time it broke. I requested a repair, the chair was collected and after 2 months i have heard nothing

Each day i call the store, they tell me the head office is unreachable. I am disgusted by this service. I want a full refund on the dining room suit
