Cash refund

JD group Russells Whiteriver I bought a non existing couch, they **** that they have it in stock, I paid cash for it and been chasing for my refund since 5 April till today and not even the head office cares about it. Disgusting service!! I want my money back! How broke are they to fail to pay customers?
