cash payment on tv R6999 but was broken

We bought a tv cash and when we got home and took the tv out the box we discoverd the tv was broken with multiple cracks.I there went back to russells promenade to exchange the damaged tv but they refused to give me a new tv or my money back..today I returned to the storeto see what the out come is but the tv in the box is still in the store where I left it...the sales manager stopped me to see the manager and said it going for repairs on tuesday...
