Cant get my refund

<p>On Saturday the 10th I went to Russel’s Furniture Alexandra Branch to purchase Sansui Tablet only to find out that there is only 1 tablet that is left and it was reserved for another customer by then I have already paid , they could refund me as refunds are done by head office and they told to provide bank statement and my ID which I did and said they will get back to me on Monday nobody phone me and today Tuesday I called to check because I still didn’t get my refund they lady who assisted me said there is documents I need to sign why didn’t I sign while I was there on Saturday aleady.</p>
