Cant back my deposit back

l app**** for an account with Joshua Doore in Phalaborwa, once approved and the manager told me that the only thing left was to pay deposit. After paying deposit I was told that they now wanted to confirm my employment. I didn't have a problem with that but I asked them to give me back the money because my assumption is that by paying all that had been done. He went on to tell me that the system was no longer working so l couldn't get my money back but they had received that money an hour ago. What irritates me is that how can you accept my money before you have not yet verified all my details that's giving me false hope. I left very angry and this morning I called the manager 3 days later inquiring the status of my application and he said he would get back to me by 10am. I called him at 12:30 cancelling the application because he had deceived me on many things now, l asked him if he could now refund my money and he told me that he would refund me if someone comes to make payment.. my question is what if no one comes to make any payment in the coming week does it mean that I don't get back my money... do I have to beg for my money back now ??? worst service I have ever received .
