Cancelation of laybuy

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>My name is Mavis I currently live in welkom and I had a laybuy I cancelled with russells, the refund amount I was to be paid is R5400, I cancelled the lay buy on the 30Jan 2017 and I was told I would receive my money within the next 7 working days todays date is the 17Feb 2017 and I am tierd of waiting I feel this is very unprofessional I was told 7 working days and it has been more than that not only am I waiting for my money but I was given false info I expect this problem to be solved as soon as possible or I will be taking legal action thank you </p> <p> </p> <p>Mavis Moshloli</p> <p>I can be contacted on ********** 629</p>
