Buying online at Russells is the beginning of stress level 5

The worst experience of my life. Its been 3 weeks since i waited for my delivery. I've laid a complaint and still nothing. No one is calling me with updates, i want to know what causes da delay because its been weeks. I will never buy anything online from Russells. After i receive my items the day u decide to deliver, that will be da day we part ways.
