Buffallo Street, East london RUSSELLS Furniture shop

My mother laybye'd a PLASMA TV at Buffalo Street Russells,East London. On the 15th December we went to Russell store to settle the balance,They started checking my moms TV license status and they finded out that she is owing R5000 from TV License. We spoke tp the manager and we agreed that they must change the TV to be under my name. I payed R265 for TV license. The manager promised to deliver the TV on Wensday himself ( 20th December ), the day arrived but the was no sign of Tv. I went to Russells again on Friday (22 December) and the manager did not know anything about our agreement,He was asking to me what was our finally word.He said i must bring affidavit written by my mother stating that we are changing the TV to be under my name and a certified copy of her identification document. Bare in mind that iam from Mdantsane, iam taking 2 taxis to arrive to Russells. I went back at home told my mother about the matter,and on the 27th December (Wensday) she went to NU1 Mdantsane Police station ( Another 2 taxi's) for an affidavit, they helped her and then she came back at home. I took the affidavit and went back to Russells store, this time when i arrived there the was a lady who told me that she doesnt sew anything that has been done by the manager on computer stating that we are changing TV. She helped me by updating and changing the TV to be under my name. She told me the is no need of an affidavit, Affidavit is only needed when you want the money back. She said the TV will arrive between Thursday and Friday ( 28th or 29th). Today is Sunday there is still no sign of TV whereas we paid on the 15th December. Iam disgusted by RUSSELLS STORE, ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK NOW BECAUSE IAM WASTING MY MONEY TRAVELLING UP AND DOWN TO PEOPLE WHO ARE LYING AND DO NOT CARE. PLEASE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME...WE PAID ON THE 15TH DECEMBER TOMORROW IS 1ST January....NO TV ?
