Broken TV from Russell

My sister is experiencing a big problem, she baught a TV on 17 January 2020 at russell mabopane sqare only to find out that its cracked when she took it back a guy called Tsietsi Mosia told her that they are waiting for stock to give her another TV, a week later she heard nothing from him, when she went there to enquire Tsietsi changed his story now he says she has to pay more money to get a new TV. Russell is the worst
