Broken fridge

I bought a fridge a month ago from Russels in Kuilsriver. It just stopped working all my food went off and it was a huge lost for me, i contacted Russels letting them know about my Problem and i was told that the fridge has been a month in my care they dont know what i did to the fridge apparently it has a 7 day return policy. The sales person had such an attitude as if replacing the fridge would come from his pocket. I am so disgusted by the service i want to cry, they are delaying this whole process and i am left without a fridge i didn't pay R5600 for nothing. It is a major disadvantage to me now and the horrible service is upsetting me even more.
