Broken deal

On the 12th of December 2015, I bought 2beds(queen size and a double bed) at Joshuadoore-russells at Embalenhle branch. The deal was the queen bed goes with free pillows. The consultants never include that on the deal and I never got my pillows. I went back to the shop and I was told to wait for the mananger. On the 18th of January 2016 I went to see the mananger and he told me that is not his problem. What I can do is wait for the consultants to get paid at the end of the month and all three consultants must pay me R100 each. Can u please help me get my pillows
