Broken corner couch

We (Me and My Wife) have bought a corner couch suite. The long one was Broken on the resting part. and we reported it and they said they will send a driver to collect. A lady from the warehouse called to make an appointment to collect it but took two weeks before they cold come collect . They have the couch for three months now. We have called every one until it was handled by a Guy called Byron Michaels who managed to trace that the couch is been lying in their warehouse and not attended to. I will like to know when can we get the couch back? We have paid the account in full and been treated as less important know that they got their money .
