Broken chest of drawer

I bought a chest of drawers at Russell's 2months ago they delivered it with broken handles n now the drawers are breaking I hv been reporting this matter since it was bought home but the managers refer me to a sales consultant and which she has no powers of authority.They promised to come n fix till today I will never ever buy my furniture there first time and bad experience never
