Broken base plank

Port shepstone russells pathetic service by the management .My son bought a queen size bed R4999 two months after that the base plank broke .Its been one year now we still trying to get it changed. ALL WE GET ARE FALSE PROMISES AND LIES FROM MANAGEMENT. The monies are still been deducted from his account.
