Bring my refund

My name is palesa motloung i bought a bed from Brussels brixton branch in January 2021 and i paid cash its sealy king size i arranged with the so called manager that i will inform the store in time to arrange for delivery,and i did that called a week before that could u kindly deliver for me on the 1st of April 2021 the manager agreed but to my suprise i get a sms saying it will be delivered on the 03/04/2021and I kept quite the 1st of April i get a call from a guy saying he is from ware he wants to arrange for a delivery for the Tuesday which is the 6 of April 2021 and i said to the guy if u dnt deliver by the end if today i nolonger want the bed as i have given Russell's enough time with my delivery so I want nothing to do with Russell their service is very poor as the ware house guy was very rude telling me he is not Russell's so I must c to finish with them .now I want my refund iam being told that i hv to wait 7 days to get my cash back were else i paid them cash ru ssells bring back my 9150 thats all.
