Bring back my money Russells Phola Mall

Today marks 2 months since I was conned and ****med by Russells at Phola Mall KwaMhlanga. I bought a Bedroom Suite ( Polo Set) that had a lot of defects. It was replaced twice but all seemed to have defects, cracks and peeling off . It was returned and was promised to be refunded, 2 months later I still have not been refunded, instead I'm told endless stories. I've briefed my lawyer regarding this matter and we're considering suing the company.. It's long overdue
