BRING BACK MY MONEY/FAULTY PRODUCTS

<p>We opened a furniture account at Russell's furniture store on May in the Secunda branch in Mpumalanga we took a defy washing machine top loader, stove and Lenovo laptop it came as a package including a printer, voucher and a tablet.</p> <p>We collected the laptop after a few days but the rest of the stuff wasn't available we were told we should wait for the warehouse to deliver in a week the things got delivered to us yet the stove was damaged and the washing machine was dented...</p> <p>We took pictures the very same day so as the delivery guy as proof then when we called the manager was not available.</p> <p>The next day we called and spoke to her she told us she will take back the stove but as for the washing machine the defy group will send their technician to fix it..... i realised the buttons on the laptop are loose as i started typing and letter "S" came out we took it back to the store they told us it was going to get fixed. Weeks went by and finally the thechnician came, we were not informed that he was going to come unfortunately we were in Pretoria he asked the problem we told him over the phone then he told us he doesnt fix dented furniture the store should be able to assist us with that since then we never heard from him until now.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to pay my first installment on the 30th of June that's when i realised the balance went up by R2500 I called the store the manager denied until I called the head office where they confirmed that the very same 2500 was for fixing the laptop and that the warranty doesn't cover for it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got mad and told them i can't be paying for so much while I had it for a few weeks which means it came like that,if I didn't use it to type then I wouldn't have known up until now..I took the washing machine back and the laptop is still with them therefore the only thing I have is the stove.</p> <p> </p> <p>Nobody is willing to help me and I still haven't received any feedback even from the head office yet I still pay my monthly instalment.</p> <p>Please help me </p> <p> </p>
