Brand New "Squeecking" Bed

Bad service.

I bought a brand new bed from Russells Highstreet Worcester Western Cape. It started squeecking after 2 weeks. My mutiple complains fell on deaf ears, they say I must take it up with the supplier of the bed Russells cannot help me. Since when must a customary complain to the supplier, I bought the bed from Russells not the supplier. 3months later and I am still sleeping on a brand new SQUEECKING bed every night.

I am a very unhappy customar.
