I bought a fridge from Russels in 2023 December, a day after starting to use the fridge I realized that the fridge had a factory fault, it was cold at all, the people from hisense came to check it and confirmed that indeed the fridge was faulty, Russels said they would replace the fridge but I requested a different brand, my gripe with russels is that, even today, four months later, I still haven't received the replacement fridge,yet the faulty one has gone back to them and my account is debited every month. The bradlows complaint department is the most useless department I have ever dealt with in my life, no one cares about their clients there.
