Bradlows nightmare

Can ANYONE from Bradlows who still cares about customers hear my cry. I have a bed which I am not happy with. Dealing with the rude manager from Bradlows East Gate is the only reason why I gave up in trying to get help. I have emails which were not attended to. Manager who made me feel like I am an irritation and he is doing me a favour as if I didn’t buy the bed CASH.. May I have my money back atleast
