Bradlows is very low

I have purchase a set of furniture from the phoenix plaza branch and a sales consultant by the name of Bongi assisted me. i have endless problem with the furniture. i have complained many time and also went into the store and opened a complain. i have asked Bongi many time replace me with a new new piece of furniture and have no answer up until this day. i was sold a show room piece of furniture. i have sent many emails to head office and still no help or assistant. I am very disappointed with the services of level they are providing us as customer. i would like head office to call me back with a solution.
