Bought tv cash at Russels but dont have my tv

I bought a Sansui smart tv 65 inch at Russels Cleary Park Port Elizabeth early last year. We had the tv for a month but did not use the tv as we were waiting for the wifi to be installed. Then we connected the tv when the wifi was installed but the tv did not connect and i took the tv back the following day. This was still last year. They said they were going to send the tv for repairs and they informed me that they need a new part for the tv. Then the tv was there for a few months. Then they phoned me to come and collect the tv we put the tv on but still the tv didn't want to work so i took the tv back the following day. I had to drive in and out i dont know how many times and they keep on playing cat and mouse with me. Up untill today since last year i still dont have my tv and i paid cash for the tv. Could you please help me as to what to do to get my tv back or my money.
