Bought a plasma and insured it but it is damaged.

I bought a plasma LG TV 41inch in July 2014.and i insured it with which it still have 24 months guarantee.But now the screen just got damaged without any reason.and i took it back to them and i was told to pay R11000 of which its not even the cost of the TV.I spoke to them several times but they don't wanna correspond.and im still paying the insurance and the TV itself every month.<br> <br> <br> Please assist
