Black friday? What black friday in June

Went to my local Russells store just after 8am, asked them about the xplora special and no one knew about it. Was told to go and check OK or Lewis stores "I was puzzled" called head office and was told the matter has been escalated and must call later. 10am I called and was told that decision was made to get stock from Bradlows and warehouse, I must go to the store to buy one. Guess what????, no stock at Bradlows and their so called warehouse. So who got the xplora?? How do you advertise without making sure that all stores have stock and employees are aware of the said. By the way each store was suppose to sell only 8 xploras and 3 speakers ????. What a stupid Black Friday in the middle of the year. You deserve award for false advertising ????
