Billing

The Service is Pathetic I have been given a run around by the customer service department which I called on ********** 099, and still no resolution.

I called the store and they told me I can make payment via EFT which I made in November for a lay buy product, now I’m being told the payment does not reflect on their side I’ve been sending numerous emails but still no one seems to be able to assist me.

I will defiantly escalate this to the highest point.
