Benoni Branch Cashier bad attitude

We went in to Joshua Doore in Benoni to pay an account. The cashier there where you pay accounts is very rude. This is the second time its happening. She yells and says why are you coming to pay for your account here when you opened it in Johannesburg branch. She is very mean and doesn't have listening skills. Can someone do something about her. I am very disappointed. This is not customer service!
