Been a fan but anymore

Bought a Fridge cash on 29 November 2025. The salesperson who assisted us, helped us nicely until we had to exchange details etc for delivery. She was in such a haste to line up her next sale we didn't even get time to ask questions.

We paid and the salesperson said at first, it will be delivered in 24-48 hours. One of the reasons we went with them. On the Monday, 1st December 2025 we phoned as we needed to give the address for delivery. The salesperson explained she rang the order incorrect and had to change everything.

I understood that part. I was still expecting the delivery as I were promised within a time frame.

We've been tracking the door and to our surprise the order was ready for shipping on 1 December 2025 already. What got me ****ed to say that, is that salesperson said they don't track the orders the warehouse does all of that.

Been chatting with the lady on the chat bot, and according to her knowledge. The warehouse and store should be in communication regarding the delivery. I am not sure who is lying.

I am just expecting a little honesty, I wouldn't do this but the communication needs to step up.
