<p>HELLO!! i bought a bed in boksburg commissioner street russells on the 25th November. i went there thursday to enquire of delivery and everything since my visitors were gonna be in JHB on saturday. Lorraine told me its can be the same day delivery or on saturday. friiday morning i went bought the bed and tuesday i receive a call to say the beds are out of stock they will deliver a R3000 bed while i bought a R4000 bed with a 50% discount as it was black friday. They are actually robbing us cause they using that R1000 difference like its a favour but its actually not. my vistors are sleeping in the floor and its about a week now nothing from them. i called the store yesterday spoke to the lady Lorraine and she has no explanation why she **** to me. their service is very bad, they cant push sales with lies. she promised to call me just after she dropped til now nothing. im very disappointed. RUSSELLS PLS DELIVER THE BEDS THE CUSTOMERS BOUGHT NOT THE ONES THAT YOU WANT US TO HAVE.</p>
