Bed disappointments

I’m very much disappointed with the Russell’s store in white river ….. I bought a bed only to find that the legs don’t fit when I tried to assemble, laid a complain they told me they will come exchange the base…. I’m calling them everything and they still haven’t come…. I want them to exchange the bed or give me my money , please guys don’t buy from this store their service is so horrible
