BALANCE DISPUTE

My name is Precious , I've been begging Russells countless times to send a statement indicates a payment I made in February of R2600 and the statement indicate a payment I made in August of R1000 . They dont reply my emails .The only thing they are good at is sending me a the same balance after I paid in January. The interest is R60 but according to their explanations if pay R1000 the amount will remain the same they are ****** they don't want me to settle the account.
