Bad warehouse service at Russels

I bought furniture by their store in Cape town and I recieved a food service and I am urgently in need of the fridge..

But the warehouse service sucks..

I was not aware of the delivery time and there was no one at home ..

I am new in the area I can't even call anyone and the guys was rude very rude that he didn't want to arrange for late time.

He is so unfriendly and pathetic..

He tell me he will deliver my items on the 15 while I am suffering on this side
