Bad services

I bought a Bed that was on special last year july. The bed was mot delivery sue to no stock. I had to claim a Refund on the 5th December 2017. Even today i haven't received my money. Their services is too poor. I called them on the 4th January 2018 The lady that was on the phone told me that the manager was on leave i have to wait until the 15th. What kind of servicebis this. They not suppose to stop the business because one is on leave. There should be assistant. Worse part they said the Refund is being processed from head office now their telling me different story.
