Bad service, wrong product delivered

This was my first time purchasing from Russell's and last...I am so disappointed of the service they have given me. I ordered they delivered the furniture, with missing items, I logged a complaint same day of deliver 21/11/2024...A complaint query was opened and escalated to the investigating department. To this day, no communication from the investigating department, I have to send emails sometimes they reply and sometimes they ignore you.... I have paid in cash for this item....I will never ever purchase anything from Russell's ever again... and will not recommend them to anyone shame... and I have seen that they don't even bother to follow up on complaints here on hello peter....it just shows the level of service they offer to clients, yet they want our monies......
