Bad service to customers

Russells Lydenburg Mpumalanga , i will never buy anything from Russells again there service is bad i am waiting for a cell phone for over 5 months now and yet every month i pay my installments for goods that i dont have , and JD Group Jhb does not care to take action and solve the problem that bad service from this , they can close Russells Lydenburg anytime because its a wast of time and money to have this furniture shop even open for bussiness with the service its providing at this stage.
