Bad service, *****s money, incorrect ITC listings, treats you like a minor child
Don’t buy at Joshua Doore. Or even the JD Group. They treat their customers like children. Occasionally phoning to tell you that your account is up to date and instructing you to keep it that way! Not being a compliment, but rather a threat. Then I tried to move my debit order date to be later than the 23rd when my salary is being paid into my account, the consultant asked me, why do I want to have the debit order go off on a later date, if my salary is on the 23rd? Hello, it’s my money, my account, is it not my right? I had other funds coming into the account at a later date and wanted to pay the account with this money. Then I noticed that my account on ITC showed 30+ days in arrears for three consecutive months on this account, even though my debit order was on time, tried contacting the accounts dept, but no feedback to remove yet. Experian has managed to remove the negative info with the statements that I provided, TransUnion is struggling to do anything, functionality on their side is also like Joshua Doore’s business. I got tired of this, tried to get my account settled earlier. I paid the full outstanding amount on the 23rd of May 2018 in store. Went to the bank as I am unable to put a stop order from my banking services on this debit order (Naedo) Instructed the bank to put stop on debit order that was scheduled to be debited at the end of the month. The bank “stopped” it, guess what the debit order wetn through. Now Joshua Doore owes me money, try phoning them, really no answer or you get cut off. I am going to try and have the debit order reversed tomorrow at the bank, hopefully this will be done. But I am never ever going to buy from the JD group again, if you do, do not authorise debit order, pay cash, less hassles. And quality is the worst, after sales service and customer care and accounts department also is useless. Stay away.
