Bad service Russels Queenstown and Nomonde is lying to customers

Good Day

My mother lay byed headboard set and finished to pay early December and they promised to deliver immediately still today she has not received her furniture,yesterday i called to ask why they are not delivering because she is going back to Cape Town today and there will be no one in the house and its 3 weeks now and no one has audacity to call and apologise or state reason this is happening

Nomonde **** and said the truck was coming to deliver and truck fell on the bushes like really now,service is very very bad and i will never ever buy anything again from this furniture stores they just dont care and they have stories

I am writing because i want my staff to be delivered today and get out of your way Russels is a nightmare and i wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from them their service is very poor and they don't care about their customers Id number *** cell *** or ***
