bad service - Russels at protea gardens

Good day

I have bought a plasma TV, 3 plate stove and sound system from Russell's and as a result my goods where ******.

and I went to the store with the case no requested, then they sent an SMS to say they are going to send someone from the insurance company

as I am still paying an instalment for those

I have never come across such bad service and I actually bought these at Soweto, protea gardens mall
