Bad Service Received from Russells

I ordered couches from Russells and the couches I received was not what it looked like on the website, I then called to request if I can exchange the couches for something else and I was told I will be contacted and that never happened, I then called again to request if I can order something else from the catalogue and was told I need to speak to the manager but it could take 14 working days which is ridiculous as I told them I am moving into my new place this Thursday and need the couches by then, whenever you call them the "Manager" is always in a meeting and cant speak to you and you are promised to be contacted but that never happens, if this is the service that you receive then I will rather take my money and spend it elsewhere
