bad service i ever had

I bought things from Joshua Doore on the 19-01-2015 but I still never get all my things, and now they telling me what I bought is out of stock they will do a refund and I am still waiting for that refund it almost 2 weeks now and I still never get my money back. I called their head office and they also not helping me as they still never get back to me. Now I really do not understand what I am not getting my money back so I will able to buy from other shops. I really need my R8400 it really been a long time now of which I am really ****ed off with this service
