Bad service from Russels furniture

<p>I purchased a bed in Bothaville and used my home address in Botshabelo as proof of residence on Thursday last week.</p> <p>1. On Saturday I got a call from a colleague telling me that a DSTV decoder in my name was delivered to her.</p> <p>2. Monday morning I get a call from my little sister in Botshabelo telling me that a bed was delivered at home.</p> <p>I bought a bed for my Bothaville house, however, it was delivered in Botshabelo. When I called the branch I was told that it might take a while to get the bed to me in Bothaville. What frustrates me is that I needed the bed on weekend but understood that the branch had no electricity on Friday so I waited but to my surprise that happened.</p>
