Bad service from Russells warehouse

I regret buying at Russells. First week of January I bought couches from them, they delivered a broken 3 sitter which I then reported. They came the first time to exchange the couch but they came with a torn one which I refused to sign for, they then came again for an exchange with a couch that had a broken leg and the third time they came with the one that had a broken arm rest, I refused to sign for the exchanges and requested a refund. I’ve been waiting for them to come collect their couches since then so they can refund me but every time I call I’m told that they on it. I’m now stuck with unserviceable couches for weeks.
