Bad service from russells randburg

On the 27th of April 2021 I purchased a fridge at the russells store in randburg, my husband went to collect the fridge instore and asked for it to be opened for inspection and was told they don't do that he should take it home open it and if there's a problem we should call them. On opening it I found scratches on the door, I immediately called them and they sent another one which was worst than the first, I was then told they logging a call with head office and or hisense direct. I had no feed back I had to keep calling for feedback. Today the 10th of May I called hisense and Russells head office only to find out the call was never logged. This is absolutely disappointing and terrible service. I would never purchase from this store again
